Limited Lifetime Warranty

We want to offer a product our anglers can enjoy and not have to worry about. If our product should fail due to a manufacture defect, we will replace it for a small fee . Depending on the blank that was used for your FLUT custom rod will determine the extent/cost of the warranty work. The FLUT ROD COMPANY warranty is limited to the replacement of the purchased rod only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. FLUT ROD COMPANY reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement product. In order to invoke this warranty and/or waiver, the original owner must return the entire product, including broken parts or pieces, freight paid and insured to the FLUT ROD COMPANY address listed below. Disposable shipping containers are preferred.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and Your new Rod will be added to the build list.
